article imageHail hammers beach-goers in Siberia (Video)

While "Siberia" and "beach" might not go together in most people's minds, it seems there are beaches and people go there to swim, have fun and sunbathe. Until the hail hits, that is.
A whole load of people were having fun on the beach in Siberia on Saturday and locals had, up until recently, been enjoying a prolonged heatwave, with temperatures up to 41 degrees Celsius (105.8 Fahrenheit).
Suddenly, however the temperature plunged 20 degrees, as strong winds and heavy hail came in, chasing everyone away from the beach.
YouTube user Руслан Соколов took a video of the sudden change in the weather and captured images of people running and squealing as they got hit by the heavy hail, with some trying to shelter under a beach umbrella.
