Manchester - A drug dealer tossed out a few bags of heroin and cocaine out a window, but was arrested when the bags landed right next to a police car.
Last week, Rezwan Hussain appeared in court in Manchester, and he was sentenced to more than 10 years in jail after he pleaded guilty to supply Class A drugs.
The incident happened back in March, when Hussain, 29, was at his mother's house. Policed knocked on his mother's door and they wanted to speak with Hussain's brother. However, officers were told he wasn't home.
When police were returning back to their car, they noticed that there are bags of cocaine and heroin laying around outside. This was because Hussain panicked and went upstairs to the attic and started to throw the bags out the window.
After police found the drugs outside, they decided to search the property. As a result of the search, police found a drug operation in the basement. Some of the items that were found in the basement included a cocaine purity test, as well as a hydraulic press and digital scales. There was also 250 kg of drugs in the basement.
Hussain's parents were arrested, but they were released after Hussain plead guilty. Hussain's brother has yet been caught and authorities are still looking for him.
