London Colney - Willows Farm is located in leafy Hertfordshire, a county in England. The farm is aimed at children and attracts hundreds of visitors each day. This Easter the Digital Journal paid a visit.
Willows Farm Village offers a wonderful family day out with a fun packed program of farmyard animals adventure play, fun fair rides, children’s shows, falconry displays and tractor rides. The farm is located near London Colney, in the district of St Albans.
There are lots and lots of animals, such as sheep. Here is a photograph of a mother and baby:

At this time of year the farm was suitably decorated out for Easter and included an Easter egg hunt for children.

Aside from Easter, there is lots to do all year round. From lambing in February, sheep shearing in the spring and an A-maize-ing Maze throughout the summer. In the autumn there is potato picking and pumpkins to harvest in October, with Santa's Grotto and his magical ice rink in the festive season.
The farm also contains two theaters, putting on shows for children. One show, featuring dancing scarecrows, was running at the time of the visit:
