Hvar - Day two of a major press trip to Hvar, as the Gastronaut party take the water to sample the island's finest gastronomic offerings.
As previously reported on Digital Journal, the island of Hvar is currently hosting a gastronomic press trip organised by Gastronaut, and day two on March 29, 2014 saw the group take to the water to discover the wines on the southern coast followed by a visit to the fabled Pakleni Islands, an event attended by Digital Journal.
The three-day trip is designed to showcase the very best of one of the world's ten most beautiful islands, and after an opening day which included a heritage tour of the only island in the world with four UNESCO cultural heritages, the focus of day two was firmly on the gastronomic offer.
