Interview: Nicky Hilton discusses her Tolani fashion line (Includes interview)

Nicky Hilton partnered with Tolani, as part of her “Mommy and Me” spring collection. When asked about how she knew that Tolani was the right partnership for her, Hilton noted that she has been “wearing Tolani for years.”

She continued, “I am a big fan of their silk tops, tunics and dresses. Their pieces are also really soft and comfortable, which is important when it comes to kids clothing. My mom used to dress my sister and I alike when we were kids, but the outfits were always itchy and uncomfortable, so I wanted to create a line that was comfortable to wear and fun to play in.”

Regarding the inspiration for her patterns and designs, Hilton said, “I take my inspiration from everywhere, from the tableware in my home, to the photos on my phone, and the architecture from my travels. I brought them all together to develop these really fun, unique prints for this capsule.”

Hilton revealed that this collection is a “dream come true” for her. “Having daughters and being able to dress them up with me is a fun experience,” she admitted. “My children were definitely an inspiration behind this collection, and I grew up dressing as twins with my sister. Now my daughters can too,” Hilton added.
