article imageStainless steel shoes literally and figuratively armor your feet

By Walter McDaniel     Jul 11, 2014 in Health
A new line of shoes called "Paleo(s) Ultra" is out from the German manufacturer Gost-Barefoot. These shoes are supposed to be "nearly indestructible" and made to be used in the toughest conditions.
The shoes themselves come in multiple varieties depending on what you will be running through. As you might expect as durability goes up comfort goes down somewhat. The more durable types will allow you to run over rocks and debris without injury but with a small level of discomfort as they mention in their own attached YouTube.
They go by the brand Paleos for the two shoes they send you. The word itself refers to "old" or "ancient" and evokes a feeling of moving through ancient nature.
They also make a line of heavy-duty gloves for climbing outdoors. These use the same concept as their other product to protect your body from jagged rocks. Those at the company assert that each of these have therapeutic purposes that give your body just enough tension to grow stronger from the experience.
The stainless steel material is molded into a suitable shape for the human foot and works much like any other shoe would. Advances in technology during the modern day have allowed us to sculpt materials like this into any shape we would like. This gives the substance many applications it never had before.
Buying outdoor equipment for survival and comfort. Studies have shown that this multimillion dollar industry is huge and growing as well.
Unlike with many products you can also apply to be a tester with the company. A few readers may even be able to test these claims for themselves.
