Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds has shared the advice he would give his younger self on mental health and depression.
Reynolds acknowledged that he has "dealt with depression for a long time" and subsequently offered empowering advice. "My depression started in middle school," he recalled.
"If I could tell my younger self one thing it would be 'to see a therapist earlier'," he said. "Don't wait. It does not make you weak. You are not broken. It's incredibly wise. It is strong to see a therapist," Reynolds clarified.
"I have a therapist still today," Reynolds admitted. "It's an important part of my journey. You are perfect just the way you are," the rocker added.
In his personal life, Reynolds revealed that he and his wife are expecting their fourth child, a baby boy.
