Plainview - Stephanie Mantzoukas, owner of Yiasou Yeeros Authentic Greek Eatery in Plainview, New York, chatted about the Long Island Hospitality Ball, and the recent recognition it received from "Long Island Pulse."
On June 26, The Long Island Hospitality Ball took place at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, which benefits the Carol M. Baldwin Foundation, and the staff of Yiasou Yeeros were privileged to be a part of this major event. "There were a lot of great people with great food and great drinks, getting together for a great cause," Mantzoukas said. "It was an honor for Yiasou Yeeros to be part of such a great cause."
Earlier this month, Yiasou Yeeros, was one of the four Greek restaurants listed in the Long Island Pulse article entitled "A Greek Chef’s Guide to Eating Well on Long Island." "I'm very proud that all my hard work is showing the past seven months. I'm very proud of my team as well," she said.
In addition, it garnered a glowing review from Digital Journal.
For Mantzoukas, the ultimate compliment is customer satisfaction. "My customers motivate me, especially when they leave happy and give me great compliments when they walk out my door," she said.
