Bayside - Culinary queen Maria Petridis has outdone herself once again. This time with her latest exquisite dish at her restaurant in Bayside, New York.
At every visit to Maria's Mediterranean Seafood and Grill, there is always something different to try, and this holds true for "Maria's Special Stuffed Lamb Peppers." This culinary creation involves two roasted peppers (red and green), which are stuffed with lamb, rice, carrots, raisins, and coupled with cheese as its seasoning. They are served with a side of two lemon potatoes, red marinara sauce, with parsley drizzled on top, with pita bread on the side.
