Cafflano Klassic — travel mug that grinds and brews fresh coffee

Millions of cups of coffee are drunk worldwide everyday. For those coffee drinkers who prefer their morning drink freshly ground and freshly brewed but simply do not have the time, a new portable coffee mug, the Cafflano Klassic from Beanscorp may fulfil their daily, fresh coffee needs.
The inventor of this travel mug and CEO of Beanscorp, Hansang Yoon, was not a coffee expert or barista, he just enjoyed drinking a good cup of coffee and didn’t want to continue paying such high prices for take-outs from coffee shops or spend large sums of money on coffee machines. So, he started off designing his ideal portable coffee mug, known at first as the Cafflano All-in-one Tumbler, in February 2013. His original project, of a travel mug that grinds and brews fresh coffee, was put on Kickstarter but it failed to meet its target funding.
Not disheartened, the coffee mug project was rethought and adjustments were made to the overall design and functioning until the design and production teams were happy with the finished product. What started out as the Cafflano All-in-one Tumbler is now the Cafflano Klassic, the world’s first all-in-one portable coffee maker. After two years of trial and error and perfecting product design, Beanscorp have developed a travel mug that grinds your coffee and then brews it — and coffee lovers — Cafflano Klassic can now be purchased on the UK website TheFowndry.
