FBI "Enhanced" SWAT in Atlanta gaining entry into a building during a training exercise. Enhanced SWAT teams are meant to serve as support to the HRT on operations. In a major event involving armed terrorist, the Enhanced SWAT is to surround and contain the area until HRT is able to arrive and resolve the incident. However, if innocent life is in danger, the Enhanced SWAT teams are given the green light to resolve the situation themselves if possible.
