Georgia's junior Republican Senator Johnny Isakson is likely to replace Senator Russ Feingold, D-WI, as Chair of the Senate Subcommittee on African Affairs. Feingold lost his race for re-election to Wisconsin billionaire Ron Johnson on Tuesday.
