Western Cape provincial premier Helen Zille is being branded 'that racist girl' for accusing new South African president Jacob Zuma of 'exposing his wives to HIV by having sex with an HIV-infected woman.' ANC-allies are deeply offended. Zuma has three wives and also appointed his divorced wife as a new cabinet member.
