Airborne, the PAL-V Dutch flying car flies usually below 4,000 feet (1,200 m) MSL. This airspace is in most countries available for uncontrolled VFR (Visual Flight Rules) flights, so there will be no interference with commercial air traffic. A gyrocopter model 's first test-flight in Dutch traffic is planned for April 27. It's intended for use by emergency services only.
