Dutch prototype of the Personal Air and Land Vehicle, the PAL-V. A gyrocopter is eing test-flown for the first time to test its short take-off and landing abilities in traffic situations on April 27 near the town of Amersfoort. It's being developed with a government grant. Traffic- and policing authorities in The Netherlands are interested. Its not intended to clear up traffic congesion however.
