Animated 2-Minute Videos Make HOA Management and Law Easier to Understand

The laws and insurance requirements governing homeowner associations are complex and often confusing to the 15 million people living in California’s common interest developments.

To make them easier to understand, Adrian Adams, founder of the ADAMS|STIRLING law firm, and Timothy Cline, founder of the Cline Agency Insurance Brokers, put their heads together and created a library of 2-Minute Videos on all topics related to HOAs.

The animated videos deliver essential principles on a featured subject without getting lost in the details. Because of the pandemic’s ongoing impact on association budgets, their first video focuses on Using Reserves to cover operational shortfalls. Adams and Cline will release a new animated video every other week throughout 2021.

Supplementing the videos, Davis-Stirling.com provides a deeper dive into topics with details and cross-linking so users can easily move between commentary, statutes, and case law as they research a topic. In addition, the Cline Agency has a series of in-depth articles on key HOA Insurance issues.

“We are committed to making the jobs of board members and managers easier by providing quick access to the information they need to manage their associations.” – Adrian J. Adams, ADAMS|STIRLING PLC
