Certified Medical Intuition System (M.I.S.) Practitioner Tinesha Renee’ is announcing a new partnership with Taraji P. Henson’s foundation to launch a free energy healing support campaign during COID-19. The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation (https://borislhensonfoundation.org/resource-guide/15682/lifeunblocka-healing-empowerment/) is offering the free virtual support to bring awareness to mental health issues that plague the African-American community.
Renee’, founder of LifeUnBlocka Healing & Empowerment, which specializes in energy healing services, says through this partnership she’s working to eradicate the stigma around mental health issues in the African-American community and work with people from all walks of life to remove mental, emotional and energetic blocks. “The free virtual therapy support is such a powerful tool to assist people as we navigate this new post-COVID-19 normal,” she says, “And energy healing can play a key role in releasing emotional experiences of worry, panic, anxiety, depression, and fear.”
Renee’ says these services are vitally important right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. “This has impacted all of our daily lives, and the restrictions in place because of COVID-19 can be particularly stressful and anxiety-inducing.”
Renee’ adds that the energy healing sessions are complementary with traditional therapy. “You go to a therapist to explore your inner self, in order to better understand why you are the way you are, and more effectively cope with and manage challenges,” she says, “But you may still feel and react to the trauma, even after years of therapy.”
Renee’ explains that while traditional therapy will aid in the person logically understanding their past trauma, energy healing helps them clear and heal the trauma so it doesn’t cause negative emotions today. “We seek to mend the trauma so people don’t have to keep on going around in a loop and unconsciously recreating negative experiences.”
Additionally, Renee’ wants to counter the myth that energy healing runs counter to traditional mainstream religion. “I was raised Christian,” she says, “And as an energy healer, I have worked with people of all different religions all over the world. Although religion and energy healing may use different terms, these practices seek the same things: love, oneness, and wholeness, so people no longer feel shattered and broken.”
