Former Head of People Operations and Chief of Staff for KeyBank’s Enterprise Digital organization will lead charge to attract, develop, and retain top talent

Fathom, a Cleveland-based digital marketing firm, has announced the hiring of Jessica Baker as Vice President of People. Baker boasts 15 years’ experience in digital marketing, leadership development, and organizational behavior—most recently at KeyBank where she served as Head of People Operations and Chief of Staff for the bank’s Enterprise Digital organization.
