How ROLTH, the maker of NIAXIN is adapting to the pandemic

Operating a GMP certified facility, ROLTH is accustom to stringent quality control standards. However, the pandemic has put a spotlight outside of the laboratory onto other departments such as customer service and order fulfillment.

“When the pandemic first started, we did what most companies did. We nearly shut down. However, almost immediately, we saw a massive surge in orders for NIAXIN.” – Paul Rolth, CEO

With increased demand, ROLTH faced many new obstacles like reduction in staff and less availability of raw materials.

ROLTH immediately started to redesign their production space to meet new demands. Outside of production staff recruitment, they needed to reinvent the hiring and training processes for customer service and fulfillment teams.

“With safety being our primary goal, interviews, training sessions, and HR shifted to being 99% digital. It has been a learning process for us but is making our company leaner and stronger.” – Paul Rolth, CEO

While ROLTH is adapting to these uncertain times, here are some of the changes they plan to keep implemented permanently:

– work from home option for several positions
– digital learning & training material
– minimum contact staff recruitment
– increased flex production space
– additional production equipment purchases
