Kio, a resident DJ in UAE is a Colombian DJ and music producer, known as one of the pioneers of the reggaeton genre in Colombia. Sad Cat DJ is an Emirati singer and music producer who has become an ambassador of the music scene in UAE.
These two friends have come together in Dubai for an exciting new project that features arabic rhythms and lyrics with latin beats, an exhilarating fusion which will count with the contribution of latin, african and arab artists.

Originally, from Colombia DJ Kio is on of the best international DJs and producers around the world. With over 12 year of experience, Kio has played in famous venues like “Play Boy Mansion”, “Soho House” and “The Doover” to name a few.
DJ Sad Cat has played for a wide variety of artists across a huge range of locations throughout Dubai, the UAE and internationally. Currently he plays regularly to a crowd of 2000 and for world class artists from across the globe!
The mission of Sad Cat and Kio is to find sounds that identify and highlight both ot their roots. Currently the duo is working on a new album which already counts with collaborations from artists such as Shako and McMoney, it is expected to be released in March 2020.
