The clients in question, an elderly couple, had been occupying their home for more than 50 years. Conscientious of the risk of mold, they called upon Utah Disaster Specialists’ assistance when they moved their furniture and discovered suspicious marks staining their carpets and certain other areas. When they arrived, the company carried out a thorough inspection of the stains as well as the rest of the property as part of their standard approach to mold testing.
