Travis Cadman Leads Investar USA in Acquisition of Almost 2 Acres of Land for Construction

Investar USA, a leading real estate investment company co-directed by Travis Cadman, has acquired a 1.75-acre plot located in Phoenix, AZ. The company plans to build a contemporary apartment complex on the property, according to Cadman.

Investar USA is currently planning the construction of the complex. In fact, conceptual drawings of the new building have already been completed, according to Travis Cadman. The apartment complex is expected to feature 27 units—some of which will have a single bedroom, whereas the others will have two bedrooms. The apartment complex will feature modern amenities along with a pool and a community park area.
