Different White is a recently launched “Make 100” project on Kickstarter that provides an exciting chance for the sneakerheads to get a unique pair of sneakers hand-painted with their own ideas. Francesca is a talented stylist from Italy who started this project after she noticed that the sneaker market was mainly filled with generic stuff. She found the basic white sneakers quite boring so as a passionate artist, she decided to use these sneakers as a canvas to put her art on. She started the Different White project on the crowdfunding website Kickstarter that is already overfunded 500% times, with still about 50 days left for the end of the campaign.
Through the Different White project, she will create 100 pairs of unique sneakers for the first 100 backers. The backers can provide their raw ideas, favorite quotes, and even pictures after selecting the reward, to get it hand-painted with utmost precision and technique on a white sneaker (included in the reward). The result will be a truly unique pair of sneakers that express the wearer’s thoughts, imagination, and personality.
Different White project is creating quite some buzz among the sneaker lovers and it’s a unique chance for the people to get their hands on carefully crafted, and handpainted, limited-edition sneakers. These sneakers can be ordered from Kickstarter for a price of $190, which is about 48% off its retail price. For this price, the backers can get a White sneaker handpainted with their unique ideas.
