Afrikaans children too scared to leave home

2,400 Afrikaans children walked onto a football field in Kameeldrift, Pretoria with white crosses and laid down to illustrate the fear they were feeling about the country's growing violent crime targetting them. Each of these children had already suffered from at least one serious crime. In their small region 33 Afrikaans breadwinners have already been killed in more than 47 armed attacks this year, warns the Transvaal AgriUnion.
