In only a year's time, chef and caterer Ramni Levy has been able to get his innovative culinary idea for a new approach to knish off to a fast-moving start. Seen here chef Ramni offers one his guests a wasabi knish, slightly dipped in dark chocolate. Odd as the flavor combination sounds, each plate full the chef and his crew brought out, were gone in minutes.
