Built in 1905 by Darling & Pearson 197 Yonge Street has been resting idly for decades. That is changing with Gary Switzer's MOD Developments Inc. starting the process of a new condo on the location with E.R.A. Architects Inc. working to make sure features of the historical site will be front and center of the modern planned 60 storey Massey Tower.
