The first trailer has been released for "Persona 3 The Movie #2: Midsummer Knight's Dream" which hits theaters across Japan this summer.
The first trailer has been made available for the second installment of the “Persona 3” animated movie series. This movie is called “Persona 3 the Movie #2: Midsummer Knight's Dream.” If you have played through Persona 3, you should know the story behind the animated film adaptations. From what this trailer shows, Midsummer Knight's Dream continues off from where the first movie ended as it continues the storyline of the game. As you can see, this movie introduces the three human antagonists who use their Personas for malicious reasons such as ensuring that the Dark Hour remains indefinitely.
The trailer is due to hit theaters across Japan this summer. At the same time, Japan will get a Blu-Ray/DVD home video release of the first movie called “Persona 3 the Movie #1: Spring of Birth.” If you're a fan of the Persona series, let alone Persona 3, you may want to check out both movies.
The home video release hits Japan come May 14.
In related news, a new set of character trailers have been released for “Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth.” That game, which connects both Persona 3 and “Persona 4,” hits Nintendo 3DS consoles across Japan come June 5.
The first trailer features the humanoid anti-Shadow weapon Aigis. In the aftermath of the main story of Persona 3, the additional storyline has Aigis as the protagonist.
The second trailer features Teddie who resides in the world that is the Midnight Channel. He's known as the lovable teddy bear being.
In Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, the cast of Persona 4 see a bell tower mysteriously appear. At the same time, the members of Persona 3 hear the bell from the bell tower. The cast of characters from both games end up in a mysterious parallel world.
