Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Lorde has announced a North American tour, where she will play 16 dates throughout the country.
Her tour kicks off on March 3, 2014, in Austin, Texas, at the Austin Music Hall. It will include two stops at New York City's Roseland Ballroom on March 11 and 12.
On December 6, Lorde performed live at the annual Grammy nomination concert, where thanks to the international success of her smash single "Royals," she garnered four Grammy nominations, two of which were for the prestigious categories "Song of the Year" and "Record of the Year." The U.S. version of its music video has generated over 114 million views to date.
Most recently, the New Zealand-born songstress released her follow-up single "Team" from her Grammy-nominated album Pure Heroine, which is making its way up the charts. It is the No. 1 greatest spin gainer on the Alternative Radio charts for three consecutive weeks, and it subsequently climbed to No. 4 on the iTunes Alternative Singles charts.
