The Pretty Reckless wins big at Alternative Press Music Awards

The Pretty Reckless was named “Best Hard Rock Artist,” which was presented by Metal Blade Records & Blacklight Media. They performed two songs live, which included “Heaven Knows” and “Oh My God.” “Thank you Alternative Press for a great night, congrats for putting on a great show,” the rock band posted on their Facebook page.

In the “Hard Rock” category, The Pretty Reckless bested such nominated acts as Bullet For My Valentine, Halestorm, Highly Suspect, In This Moment and Korn. They also received a nod for the coveted “Artist Of The Year” category.

In the middle of May, they paid homage to the late Chris Cornell, with a stirring version of Audioslave’s “Like a Stone” at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey.
