Global music star Taylor Swift has received four American Music Award (AMA) nominations. The upcoming AMA ceremony will take place on October 9.
Swift is nominated in the prestigious "Artist of the Year" category alongside Drake, Imagine Dragons, Post Malone, and Ed Sheeran. She is also vying for "Favorite Female Artist – Pop/Rock," where she is up against Camila Cabello and Cardi B.
Her "Reputation Stadium Tour" has garnered a nomination for "Tour of the Year," where it is nominated alongside Beyoncé and Jay-Z's "On the Run II Tour," Bruno Mars' "24K Magic World Tour," Ed Sheeran's "Divide Tour" and U2's "Experience + Innocence Tour."
As Digital Journal reported, Swift broke the record for the highest-grossing U.S. tour by a female recording artist.
Finally, Swift's Reputation album scored a nod in the "Favorite Album – Pop/Rock" album, alongside Ed Sheeran's Divide album and Drake's Scorpion.
