Amityville - Teen singer-songwriter Sammi Rae Murciano will be releasing her new EP "The Story" on November 10, and it will be available on digital providers.
Murciano will perform her new songs from this new EP, along with other artists, at her EP release show on Sunday, November 12 at the Revolution Bar & Music Hall in Amityville on Long Island. She will be performing the entire EP in its entirety.
Most recently, Murciano performed her single "Reflection" at the Long Island Coalition Against Bullying, at their second annual GALA.
The Long Island songstress shared to Digital Journal that "Reflection" is an autobiographical tune about empowerment. She reflected on her own experiences with being bullied; however, being able to do music each day more than makes up for it. With an incredible sense of motivation for following her true calling, Murciano has said she owes it to "Knowing that I get to get up everyday, and do what I love, which is singing is really great," she said.
The EP release show at the Revolution Bar will feature a performances from rising artist Alison Berke, who is also known as Ali B, among other singers.
She shared that her musical influences include such artists as Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Beyonce, Rihanna, Adele, as well as James Arthur.
"Revolution" is available on iTunes.
