Review: Xenia Ghali stunning on new dance track ‘Places’ (Includes first-hand account)

Ghali’s track “Places” was released on January 10, and it features actress and singer-songwriter Raquel Castro on breathy vocals. This collaboration is a true match in electronic music heaven, especially since the tune is extremely radio-friendly and custom-made for the dance-floors all over the world.

The song is comprised of a deep-house inspired bassline that gives the track the grit it needs as the refreshing track works towards its climax. It is well-crafted from start to finish. An emerging Greek talent, Ghali showcases her wide range as a musician on this track. It ought to follow the success of “Under These Lights.” There is a music video in the works for this song, which will feature Teen Wolf actor Ryan Kelley. “Places” garners an A- rating.

“Places” is available on iTunes.
