Review: Waterloo Revival stunning on ‘All I Want for Christmas’ cover (Includes first-hand account)

Birge nails the lead vocals, which are simultaneously sultry and haunting. Birge maintains great control over his voice. Cody Cooper soars on harmonies and acoustic guitar. It has a nostalgic and calming vibe to it, that instantly puts the listener in the Christmas spirit. Waterloo Revival brings the lyrics to life, and they help paint a vivid picture in the minds of their fans and listeners.

Hopefully, this will be a song that their country audiences can listen to for years to come! Waterloo Revival had a great 2017 with “What Guy Wouldn’t,” and this holiday classic is an added treat. They are able to take any song covered by other musicians, and make it their own. Their solid rendition of “All I Want for Christmas” garners an A rating.
