Particularly impressive about this song is that all of the group’s profits from sales and streaming of the single will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross through the end of 2018.
This song is powerful from a vocal and lyrical standpoint. “And there will be no apologies, and no more security, there will be no cops, just men with guns,” she sings.
“No Horses” is one of those songs that can send shivers down one’s spine, due to its dark and intense subject matter. It is a “dream fueled anxiety track,” and rightfully so. Garbage proves to only get better with age and experience. She sings with angst and conviction. “This is the apocalypse, they killed the horses,” Manson sings on the outro.
On August 1, Garbage will be bringing their timeless vocals to Beacon Theatre in New York City, along with Blondie.

The Verdict
Overall, the song “No Horses” garners five out of five stars. It should be a major hit when Garbage performs it live this summer at their shows with Blondie.
