Review: ‘Make Me (Cry)’ covered by Sammi Rae Murciano and Sam Diem (Includes first-hand account)

Both YouTube sensations (Sammi and Sam) have done a beautiful job on “Make Me (Cry),” and their harmonies compliment each other quite well.

Sam Diem and Sammi Rae Murciano’s careers in the music industry should be promising. They showcase a great deal of music in the YouTube cover videos that they put out. Sammi Rae Murciano just made Digital Journal’s list of “Top six female singers on Long Island,” and as far as Sam Diem goes, just check out his piano-driven rendition of “Beautiful Soul,” which is just as good, if not better than Jesse McCartney’s version.

The Verdict

Overall, Sammi Rae Murciano and Sam Diem are delightful on “Make Me (Cry).” They do the original recording by Noah Cyrus and Labrinth justice. Their cover garners an A rating.
