article imageReview: Lost Frequencies back with superb 'What is Love 2016' remix Special

By Markos Papadatos     Oct 19, 2016 in Music
Belgian producer Lost Frequencies charms with his remix of "What is Love 2016," which is off his forthcoming collection of songs that will be available this week.
The song is a track on his breakthrough artist album Less Is More, which is set for release this on October 21 via Ultra Music.
Felix de Laet goes by the stage name Lost Frequencies. Ironically enough, "What is Love" was a smash hit worldwide in 1993, many years before Lost Frequencies was born. He deserves all of the buzz and accolades that he is receiving in electronic dance music.
A Belgian producer-turned-superstar scored a mega-hit with "Are You With Me," which was one of the biggest hits in electronic dance music in Europe two years ago. For his achievements, Lost Frequencies has been rewarded with gold, platinum and double-platinum certifications in a few dozen countries. His tracks peaked at No. 1 on some of the world’s most acclaimed charts (including the U.K. Singles Charts) and he has accumulated over half a billion streams on Spotify.
The Verdict
Overall, Lost Frequencies is able to breathe fresh life into "What is Love" with this killer remix. He does Haddaway justice. It garners an A rating.
"What is Love 2016" is available on iTunes.
