Wantagh - On November 26, comedian Jim Breuer performed a show at Mulcahy's Pub and Concert Hall in Wantagh, which consisted of music and comedy.
Accompanied by his band, The Loud & Rowdy, front-man Breuer on lead vocals opened his show with "Thrash," and he continued by greeting the Mulcahy's audience, and including several neat jokes in his set, where the veteran comedian poked fun at Ozzy Osbourne, and subsequently impersonated "The Godfather of Metal."
During "Old School," several fans in the audience were singing the lyrics "hey" back to him. Other songs that he performed were "Raising Teenage Girls," which he dedicated to the parents in the audience, as he went over the difference between teenage girls and boys, as well as "Be a Dick 2nite." All of these songs were from his Songs From the Garage heavy metal album that was released on Metal Blade Records. Of course, no Jim Breuer show is complete without baseball talk, where he expressed his loyal fandom for the New York Mets.
His metal and comedy show was followed by a 90's Night performance that was headlined by the boy band Larger Than Life.
