Irish band Inhaler released their brand new music video for their mellow single "Ice Cream Sundae." Digital Journal the scoop.
"Ice Cream Sundae" is synth-pop bliss and it was produced by Antony Genn. This marks the Dublin quartet’s first release via the record label Interscope Records.
Vocalist Elijah Hewson acknowledges that the tune is about "gain and loss." He added that he enjoys writing about normal teenage experiences that everyone can relate to. "I'm trying to write about the joy of being alive, being a teenager, and the bad things that can come with that," he explained.
The music video stars Rex Ryan and India Mullins, and it was directed by Hugh Mulhern. The video showcases an unconventional, devilish romance that occurs in the neon lights of the slot machines.
Aside from Elijah Hewson on lead vocals and guitar, Inhaler is made up of Josh Jenkinson on guitar, Robert Keating on bass and drummer Ryan McMahon.
"Ice Cream Sundae" is available on Apple Music and on Spotify.
The Verdict
