The album opens with the Carole King-penned classic “Will You Love Me Tomorrow,” and their version is pure ear candy. It immediately breaks into the upbeat and fun “Runaround Sue” and the powerhouse “Under the Boardwalk.”
Equally mesmerizing is their take of Ben E. King’s “Stand by Me,” and it is followed by the rocking and infectious “Good Lovin’.” They showcase their ability to hit the high notes on the beautiful “Unchained Melody,” and they make them seem effortless.
It closes with their killer version of The Ronettes’ “Be My Baby” and on a soothing note with “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’.” Etta James would be smiling upon their crystalline rendition of “At Last,” where they maintain solid control over their vocals.
