Singer-songwriter Danielle Bradbery is back with her new studio album, "I Don't Believe We've Met," which will be officially released on December 1 on BMLG Records.
Bradbery co-wrote seven out of 10 tracks on the album, which includes songs that were written by Thomas Rhett, and such songwriters as Grammy winner Emily Weisband, The Voice alumna Nicolle Galyon, Julian Bunetta, and others.
The CD opens with the smooth "Sway," and it is followed by the gorgeous piano-driven ballad "Potential" and "What Are We Doing." She displays tremendous control over her powerhouse pipes.
After the piano-driven and vulnerable ballad "Worth It," and she picks up the pace with the mid-tempo and sassy "Can't Stay Mad." Bradbery showcases her breathy vocals on "Red Wine + White Couch," which is one of the stand-out tracks on the CD, along with the uplifting and refreshing "Hello Summer."
It closes on a soothing note with "Human Diary," where the listener can recall the early musical work of Taylor Swift, as well as the acoustic ballad "Laying Low."
This album truly is a re-introduction to Bradbery and her artistry. The songs are very personal, and as previously stated, she is not afraid to be vulnerable.
The Verdict
Overall, this new album shows Danielle Bradbery's maturity as a vocalist, songwriter and overall, recording artist. Musically, she never disappoints with any song or record that she releases. This collection garners an A rating.
I Don't Believe We've Met is available for pre-order on Amazon and on iTunes.
