By Markos Papadatos     Dec 15, 2017 in Music
Singer-songwriter Brian Fallon is back with his new track "If Your Prayers Don't Get to Heaven," which is off his forthcoming album.
"If Your Prayers Don't Get to Heaven" is the second advance track from Fallon's highly-anticipated upcoming solo album, Sleepwalkers, which will be released on February 9, 2018, via the record label, Island Records. The song is upbeat, catchy and impressive. Although it sounds slightly different than his musical work with his rock band The Gaslight Anthem, Fallon proves that he is constantly reinventing himself sonically and lyrically, and it works. One thing is for sure. Fallon never disappoints. "If Your Prayers Don't Get to Heaven" is a gem, and it garners an A rating.
Once fans and listeners pre-order his new 12-track album, they will receive "If Your Prayers Don't Get to Heaven" instantly, as well as the album's lead single "Forget Me Not," which garnered favorable reviews from music critics. Rolling Stone Magazine declared the song "romantically bleak yet decidedly upbeat."
Fallon is known as the lead singer, songwriter and guitar player of the acclaimed rock group The Gaslight Anthem. In 2015, he made his debut as a solo artist with Painkillers, which featured the song "A Wonderful Life."
Sleepwalkers is available for pre-order on iTunes.
