By Markos Papadatos     Dec 14, 2017 in Music
2017 was a great year for Christmas and holiday records. Digital Journal ranks its top five Christmas albums that were released in 2017.
98 Degrees' Let It Snow: Grammy-nominated vocal group 98 Degrees released their second career holiday album this year, Let It Snow, which was upbeat, nostalgic and well-crafted; moreover, their "98 Degrees at Christmas" tour in support of his holiday collection was equally amazing.

Cheap Trick's Christmas Christmas: Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick released their rocking holiday album this year, which was uplifting and fun. Ironically enough, this was the iconic rock band's first Christmas album, but hopefully, not their last.

Reba McEntire's My Kind of Christmas: Country queen Reba released her My Kind of Christmas album, which she co-produced with her musical director Doug Sisemore. It features glorious renditions of "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "O Holy Night," and a sassy version of "Jingle Bell Rock."
