Lady Gaga to kick off Las Vegas residency in 2018

The pop princess confirmed the news via her social networks. “The rumors are true I will have my own residency in Las Vegas at MGM’s Park Theater,” she posted on Twitter, prior to informing her fans to get ready for a brand new show.

She noted that it has been a lifelong dream of hers to be a “Las Vegas girl,” so she is stoked with this news. She expressed her love for her fans, “Little Monsters,” and exclaimed: “We did it, meet me in Las Vegas!! #LasVegasGoesGaga”

Her Las Vegas residency is expected to be a two-year commitment, and it will make its debut at the end of next year (2018).

In the meantime, Lady Gaga is humbled and grateful that her latest studio album, Joanne, earned two Grammy nominations, which include a nod for “Best Pop Vocal Album”; moreover, her song “Million Reasons” has been nominated for “Best Pop Solo Performance.” “Thank u so much Monsters and Grammy voters for believing in this music and me,” she posted on Twitter, in a pinned tweet. “I love u so much. This is a day to truly celebrate lots of hard work, perseverance and gratitude through music,” she added.
