Dylan Scott went on to thank his band and crew on social media for helping him achieve this chart-topping milestone. He praised them for the “countless miles” and hours away from their families, as well as for the nights they slept in a van, and some days when they only had enough money to eat from the dollar menu. It was evident that all of that hard work has paid off, since Scott has the No. 1 country song in America.
“My Girl” is a track from Scott’s self-titled studio album, which was released in August of 2016 via his record label, Curb Records. It is available on iTunes.
