article imageCountry star Jessie Chris: A Radio Disney face for anti-bullying Special

By Markos Papadatos     Oct 20, 2016 in Music
Country songstress Jessie Chris is one of Radio Disney's faces of their national anti-bullying campaign #choosekindness.
"It's time to stop the hate and spread the love," Chris said. "You are beautiful. You are smart. You are unique. You are awesome. We have a voice. We have the power. Together we can stop bullying. Choose to be different. Choose to be proud. Choose to be accepted and choose to inspire. Choose friendship. Choose kindness."
This cause is dear to the country singer's heart. Ironically enough, Chris was the victim of extreme bullying in school herself, and she filmed an anti-bullying public service announcement, where she is joining several other artists and celebrities, in an effort to drive awareness to this ever-growing epidemic.
Chris encouraged her fans to check out this initiative at Disney's official website.
Chris is in the middle of a radio tour for her latest radio single, and she is visiting schools all of America speaking to students about her personal experiences and she is spreading the message to #choosekindness over bullying.
Digital Journal's reviewed Jessie Chris' refreshing single "In the Meantime."
