Country singer Todd O’Neill talks new single ‘Love Again’ (Includes interview)

O’Neill was the winner of the NASH Next competition, and he signed with Nash Next Records, an umbrella of the the Big Machine Label Group. “That was incredible. It was a whirlwind experience since October 25,” he said. “Everybody has been so welcoming, so supportive and so incredible. I am learning a lot, and at the same time, we are getting a lot done. Big Machine is awesome, and they have one of the best teams assembled that you could ask for.”

His new radio single, “Love Again,” was produced by Jay DeMarcus of the hit country group Rascal Flatts. “We listened to so many songs over a two day period, but when I heard ‘Love Again,’ which was written by Jesse Frasure, Cary Barlowe and Brett Young, I absolutely fell in love with it. The song is upbeat and fun and it allows me to show the soul side of country music. I instantly fell in love with it,” O’Neill said.

On his plans for the future, O’Neill said, “I want to keep singing, songwriting, touring and performing dates. I hope to get on a national touring level, and I would love to go overseas to Europe, Ireland and Australia, and to see the world.”

He listed Lee Brice and Carrie Underwood as his dream collaboration choices in music. For his dedicated country fans, he concluded, “Thank you for all the continued support, and thanks for coming to the shows, and knowing the songs and for buying the T-shirts. I can’t thank them enough.”
