Canadian country star Michelle Wright to release two new songs

Wright’s new music will include the gospel ballad, “Lovin’ This Day” and “Attitude Is Everything,” which will be available on all digital providers. These mark Wright’s first new recordings since her album Strong was released in the summer of 2013 via Savannah Music.

In 2014, following her tour for Strong, she devoted her time to performing live and songwriting. Two years later she assembled a new of team of people to record new music.

These songs were released via the Navigator Records imprint. Wright noted that while she has been out touring, she has noticed the “changing way” that people are consuming their music. She still intends to make albums, however, with the help of technology, it allows her to put out new songs, and make them available immediately to her fans and listeners.

Throughout her respected career in the country music scene, Wright has secured 25 Top 10 radio hits, sold millions of albums, and is the recipient of over 40 major awards, which include five wins for the prestigious “Female Artist of the Year” by the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA); moreover, in 2011, Wright was inducted into the coveted Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame.
