Bruce Lamont from Led Zeppelin 2 talks about The Paramount (Includes interview)

Regarding their show at The Paramount, Lamont said, “It is our first time playing there. You can expect a high-energy show with deep cuts. You can expect a good time on a Sunday. It is going to be awesome. Our sound guy has played there before for some other artists and he keeps raving about how great it is.”

Lamont shared that “Achilles Last Stand” (in an electric fashion) and “Tangerine” (in an acoustic fashion) are his two favorite songs to play live. “We are going to sing ‘Achilles Last Stand’ tomorrow for sure, but I don’t think we’ll do ‘Tangerine.’ Normally, we save that for our home show in Chicago,” he said.

He noted that their live show lasts for two hours and 15 minutes, with an acoustic set in the middle, to break the electric sets up.

Each day, Lamont is motivated by his love for going out and playing. “It is awesome and fun,” he said. For Lamont, he enjoys performing live the most since everything is “in the moment,” as well as instant gratification.

For the rest of the year, they will be touring North America and they will be playing overseas. “It is going to be fun,” he admitted.
