An EMI Nashville country duo, Brothers Osborne joined veteran duo Brooks & Dunn as the only duos to win both ACM “Vocal Duo of the Year” and the ACM “New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year” award in the same night. They also debuted their new single “It Ain’t My Fault,” which is making its way up the Billboard country charts and the digital streaming charts.
“We’ve been staring at trophies like this for a long time since we were kids,” said duo member John Osborne. He added that the ACM trophies are “iconic,” so to be holding two of them is quite special. “It’s amazing and we’re beyond grateful,” he said, effusively.
Brothers Osborne is now the reigning “Vocal Duo of the Year” by both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association (CMA). Most recently, they performed at the Country 2 Country Festival in the United Kingdom, where they earned rave reviews for their live concert by such outlets as Rolling Stone, Billboard and The Village Voice, among others. They will join Chris Stapleton as part of his “All-American Road Show” this spring.
