This new movie will have its world premiere on Sunday, October 15 at 4:30 p.m. at the 10th annual Atlantic City Cinefest Film Festival. The premiere of The Samaritans will take place on the final night of the festival, and it will be hosted at the iconic Dante Hall Theater.
It has been described by film critics as “one of the most frightening films of the year.” The Samaritans tells the story of four co-workers who get together to finish a project at their manager’s house. These co-workers have not met face to face, and they discover they have many things in common than the new app that they are designing. As they piece together their past histories, they will realize that they all have deep secrets. That home has inevitably become their court, as well as their prison. The pondering question will be: Can these co-workers redeem themselves before their time runs out?
The Samaritans stars such actors as Keith Collins, Doug Bollinger, Timothy Laurel Harrison and Annelise Nielsen. It was directed by Bollinger, and it was co-produced by Collins, Bollinger, Cory Green and Matt Grego.
